Carbon Monoxide Law

As of July 1 2011, all California residents with single-family homes that have appliances that burn fossil fuels or have attached garages or fireplaces must have a carbon monoxide alarm.

HPS has made a special purchase of First Alert’s digital, plug-in/battery CO alarms. While supplies last, we will offer to install the unit in your garage, bedroom wing or both places at a special price of $45 on your next Maintenance Visit

Making Gutters Work!

At HPS we receive a lot of requests for information about gutters and how to best take care of them. Rain gutters are quiet but critical components of a building’s roofing system. They have the important job of capturing rainwater at the roof edge then controlling and directing it away from the structure.
